No. Only one permit is provided which is transferable between the two vehicles associated with the permit while in use.

One parking permit can be associated with two vehicles if both are used for the disabled person’s travel, even if the vehicles are not owned by the disabled person.

A disabled parking permit is not automatically renewed. You can submit a renewal application three months before the expiration date.
